Who we are
TB Tech is an all-in-one review of consumer technology. Rather than advocating raw power over all else, we focus on function through design, and human interaction with the developing products that we compute with - the products that shape our modern lives.
Through words and photography, we aim to provide compelling and informative detail of the latest premium products from this sector, and allow our readers the freedom to make an informed choice when purchasing a product that will be a long-term investment.
We take the time to source quality products, meticulously test and trial these, and report our findings through understandable means, not through industry jargon. We are not only a resource for finding the latest technology. We are a resource that serves the user, not the machine.
Our team
Tom Baker [editor]
Tom co-founded TB Tech in early 2007, and serves as editor and regular contributor. As well as liasing with the key contacts of the industry, Tom has a wealth of knowledge and growing experience within the consumer tech industry.
Tom has a passion for good design, and a penchant for fine technology. Equally at home with small-business laptops and ultra-luxury handsets, Tom objectively reports on the qualities of new models - be they notebooks, mobiles, smartphones or cameras - that appeal directly to the consumer.
Will Dawson [design]
Will leads the design front of TB Tech, and has been responsible for the leading design innovations seen throughout the lifetime of TB Tech, a project which he co-founded.
As well as fulfilling his duties in maintaining the website, Will is a keen surveyor of design projects and their implementation in consumer technology - epitomising the aims of TB Tech.

Tom is a partner of TB Tech, and offers his experience of the industry through his advisory to the editor.
Jacob Godbout [partner]
Jacob is a specialist of the Linux operating system, and a partner of TB Tech.
